Safety First: Always warm up and use proper form.

Spotter Required: For heavy lifts, always have a spotter. If no spotter is available, use appropriate weight for your ability.

Equipment Use: Only use equipment for its intended purpose. No horseplay. Return all equipment to its proper place after use.

Age Restrictions: Equipment use is limited to members age 16 or over with current waivers on file.

Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety. Canyons is not liable for any injuries sustained while using this facility.

Clean Up: Wipe down equipment after use. Dispose of trash and re-rack weights.

Be mindful of your fellow gym-goers. No loud grunting, yelling, or dropping weights unnecessarily.

Limit your time on equipment during peak hours to allow others to work in. Do not monopolize equipment for extended periods.

Proper Attire: Shirts and shoes are required while lifting. Wear appropriate workout clothes and footwear at all times.

No Outside Trainers: Personal trainers are not allowed unless authorized by management.

Health Warning: Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program. Do not train beyond your physical limits.
