Our yoga classes offer a balanced mix of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you're looking to build endurance with Power Flow or cultivate calm and improve alignment with Slow Flow, our expert instructors guide you through each practice with intention and care. Suitable for all levels, our classes are designed to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and connect with your breath in a supportive and welcoming environment!
When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Price: This class is included with your membership. If you are not a member you can still attend for $10 per class.

Power Flow – A strength-based yoga flow designed to build endurance and power.

Slow Flow – A gentle yoga practice combining intentional breath, slow-paced movements, and longer-held postures. Ideal for beginners to focus on alignment, while improving flexibility, balance, and cultivating calm.
